We're on the lookout for talented and experienced Upholsterers to join our dynamic production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-moving, high-standard manufacturing setting, contributing to the production and refurbishment of premium aircraft interiors.

Role Overview:

• Overhaul and restoration of leather and fabric seating units

• Upholstering aircraft seating, installing carpets, and updating interior coverings

• Measuring, cutting, and stitching various materials including leather and fabric

• Following templates and patterns to assemble complete upholstery covers

• Using industrial sewing machines and related tools with precision

• Delivering consistently high-quality results that exceed customer expectations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Formal training or apprenticeship in upholstery or soft furnishings

• At least 2 years of practical experience in a similar setting

• Excellent hand skills with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable interpreting detailed technical documentation and instructions

• Committed to producing top-quality work with consistency and care

• Willingness to travel when necessary and work flexibly as part of a team
