QHSE Manager - Fleet (Europe)
Location:
Madrid, Frankfurt, or Cyprus
(Includes 50% travel; tax relief available in Spain for first-time workers)
Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on QHSE Manager with a strong technical background in Ground Support Equipment (GSE), heavy vehicles, or automotive industries. This regional position is ideal for a pragmatic professional with a proactive approach to quality, health, safety, and environmental practices within workshop and fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead GSE risk assessments and ensure all safety measures are implemented effectively in fleet operations.
Audit workshops, spare parts operations, and vehicle fleets to ensure alignment with QHSE standards and legal compliance.
Conduct and oversee internal and supplier audits (TechEval), supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate safety and quality KPI tracking, incident investigations, and environmental compliance across sites.
Support documentation and regulatory adherence related to ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, and ISAGO.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain compliance and drive operational excellence.

Reports to: Regional Head of QHSE
Dotted line to: Regional Head of Fleet

Candidate Requirements:
EU passport holder (No relocation support available)
Solid background in GSE, heavy equipment, or automotive maintenance environments
3-5+ years in a QHSE or technical audit role, preferably across multiple sites
Familiar with ISO management systems and country-specific HSE regulations
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive best practices
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
Comfortable with 50% travel across European regions
