Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior planners in establishing the current programme status across all active projects on a weekly and monthly basis
- Regularly review project programmes, key deliverables, and phasing strategies alongside senior planners
- Contribute to the creation of tracking schedules to monitor progress and support the management of subcontractor programme submissions
- Assist in the development of baseline contract programmes, encompassing all stages from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring full logic links and identification of the critical path
- Ensure that all planning assumptions and decisions align with the company's Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Support the development of construction methodologies that clearly demonstrate the sequencing and techniques required to safely and efficiently deliver projects
Qualification
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Planning, or a related technical field
- Experience in a planning or project controls role within M&E or building services environments
- Proficiency with planning software such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, project lifecycles, and MEP systems in complex technical environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schedules, and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with keen attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Awareness of health and safety regulations and how they apply to planning and construction methodology
- Experience supporting the development of baseline programmes, critical path analysis, and progress tracking
- Prior involvement in semiconductor facility construction or related high-tech sectors is preferred
