Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical and process lead, serving as the key point of contact for client-appointed vendors and escalating OFCI-related matters to the client and stakeholders as needed.
• Manage the OFCI team to ensure all works are properly engineered, planned, and installed in line with project specifications.
• Liaise with key project stakeholders to support engineering, scheduling, and commissioning deliverables.
• Ensure all vendor-supplied equipment aligns with construction needs and the overall project programme.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with the client, OFCI vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Track and report on the progress of all OFCI packages.
• Identify and escalate issues and risks to support mitigation planning.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership to prevent disputes and manage project alignment.
• Maintain strict adherence to client security and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience working with an M&E contractor.
• Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in relevant engineering systems software.
• Proven experience working on large-scale construction projects.
