CSA Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works on a hyperscale data centre project in Milan, from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage early works planning, including groundworks, enabling works, structural concrete, and envelope coordination, ensuring alignment with programme and sequencing.
• Collaborate with design consultants and internal teams to review drawings, resolve constructability issues, and validate technical submissions.
• Take a proactive role in site readiness, logistics planning, and temporary works coordination to facilitate a clean handover to MEP delivery.
• Monitor progress against schedule and provide regular reporting on site activities, contractor performance, and interface issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety protocols and site standards across all CSA activities.
• Act as a key point of contact between the client, design teams, and CSA subcontractors, chairing coordination meetings and managing scope changes or variations.
• Provide input to cost control processes, including forecasting, change tracking, and subcontractor valuations.

Qualification

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 8-10+ years' experience delivering CSA packages on large-scale construction projects, preferably with exposure to mission-critical or data centre environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex structural and architectural packages from pre-construction to handover.
• Strong coordination skills, with experience managing multiple subcontractors in a fast-paced, high-spec environment.
• Comfortable working across design, commercial, and delivery functions to ensure smooth project execution.
