CSA Estimator Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Manage CSA estimation teams by assigning resources and maintaining accountability for estimates
• 
  Ensure all estimates are completed thoroughly and in accordance with the defined estimation process
• 
  Attend estimation resource meetings and maintain awareness of the current status of all bids
• 
  Provide consistent progress updates to the Bid/Estimation Manager
• 
  Ensure compliance with bid process guidelines from tender input through to post-contract handover
• 
  Manage post-tender clarifications and negotiations
• 
  Liaise with construction commercial teams to integrate lessons learned into future estimates
• 
  Assess design status and coordinate with the central engineering team for updates and alignment
• 
  Identify and pursue opportunities with new suppliers to strengthen the supply chain
• 
  Work collaboratively with both pre-construction and construction teams to ensure cohesive project delivery
• 
  Perform any additional duties as required to meet evolving business needs

Qualification

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
• 5 - 10 years' experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating role
• Data centre CSA commercial experience desirable.
• Competent in assessing Contract Documents and contract requirements
• Proven track record working on projects over €10-15m
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• High level of competency in BQ preparation and pricing.
• Travel: There will be a requirement to travel occasionally for day trip / overnight to attend client meetings, for both post and mid bid meeting requirements, when the need arises.
