Composite Fitter, Trimmer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Composite Trimmer to join our growing team in Warwick. The successful candidate will be responsible for trimming, finishing, and preparing composite components to meet high-quality standards for use in the automotive, aerospace, or motorsport industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trimming and finishing composite parts using hand and power tools.

• Interpreting technical drawings and trimming guides.

• Ensuring components meet precise dimensional and cosmetic standards.

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Working collaboratively with production and quality teams.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in composite trimming or a similar manufacturing role.

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Desirable:

• Experience within the automotive, motorsport sectors.

• Familiarity with carbon fibre and GRP materials.
