Reporting to the Head of Composite Design, you'll take full ownership of advanced composite projects - from initial concept through to track-ready execution. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where precision, creativity, and innovation are essential.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and detailing of advanced composite structures and components for high-performance applications.
• Own projects end-to-end, from technical concept through manufacturing and final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet structural, performance, and manufacturing standards.
• Support and guide junior engineers, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.

What You Bring

• A proven track record in composite design within a top-level motorsport environment.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a senior or lead design capacity.
• Expert-level proficiency with CAD tools and a solid understanding of composite manufacturing processes and material technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
