With over 20 years’ experience within Aerospace and Aviation industry (military and commercial), our defence team are working with global defence organisations and SME’s to provide the latest aircraft and sub-systems to the Royal Air Force (RAF) and NATO / European partners.

Our defence team and key accounts team deliver high calibre candidates with the required experience to support Military aircraft production, MRO, in-service support and Air based defence system design and development.

In recent years we have developed a particular niche network around Air-worthiness and platform integration activities.

As with most technical engineering development projects, we understand there is a project lifecycle. Different skills and expertise will be required.  Some are constant throughout, other project milestones and gate reviews will require different functional skills and experience.

We work with our clients to understand their projects, where they are in the lifecycle and the resource requirements.
