Production Fabricator

MANE are currently recruiting for Production Fabricators for our market-leading Manufacturing company based in Dunstable.

Job Description:

• To obtain and maintain Operator verification approval stamps
• To assist in introducing new techniques and improved methods of working where possible
• Production of finished ducting components to customer requirements using various metals and hand skills (stainless steel, titanium, Inconel)
• To be responsible for general house keeping and tidiness on the shop
• To bring forward ideas to improve and reduce costs in production where possible
• To be conversant with all relevant AWPS and operating procedures used on the above job description
• To be familiar with the Health and Safety and Fire policies for the company and to attend mandatory updates where required
• Flexible attitude towards work/team work

Main Duties:

• Ability to read & understand engineering drawings & follow verbal/written instructions
• Driven by achieving goals & helping others achieve theirs
• Happy to work in a team
• Great communicator, good level of PC skills & organisation

Shift Pattern:

4- day week running Mon-Thurs 3.45pm-1.30am
2-3 months training on 4 day week initially DOE - Mon-Thurs
