Job Title: Senior Engineering Project Manager

Location: Stevenage, Bolton, or Bristol (Relocation package available)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Company Bonus: Up to 21% of base salary

Working Hours: Flexible full-time or part-time (4 or 5 days per week), hybrid working arrangement

Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship

Restrictions: All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

Are you an established Senior Engineering Project Manager looking for an exciting challenge? Join us to lead the delivery of our most critical projects. Drive the design, development, and delivery of intricate electronic sub-systems, from concept to production. Be a key player in our project management team and shape our delivery strategy!

As a Senior Engineering Project Manager (SEPM), you will deliver our most complex and priority projects to time, cost, and quality. You will drive the design, development, and delivery of highly complex electronic sub-systems, from concept through full production. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a senior member of the project management team and contribute to our delivery strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex projects to time, cost, and quality standards
  • Drive design, development, and delivery of intricate electronic sub-systems
  • Collaborate with Project Controllers for scheduling
  • Mentor Engineering Project Coordinators
  • Develop towards Delivery Lead and Sector Lead roles

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid background in the engineering development of electronics units
  • Experience with Project Management best practices: Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Compliance Management, Configuration Management, and Earned Value Management
  • Proven track record of delivering significant projects/programs on time and to cost
  • Experience managing projects across various phases: conception, initiation, manufacture, qualification, and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence others
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
