About Us: Our client is a leading provider of high-quality composite materials and components, specialising in the automotive sector. Our team in Banbury is expanding, and we are seeking skilled Laminators to join us in supporting a range of exciting and innovative projects.

Job Description: We are looking for experienced Laminators who have a keen eye for detail, patience, dexterity, and a strong background in working with pre-preg materials. If you are passionate about producing high-quality laminated components and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Laminating Parts: Efficiently laminate a variety of parts within job time constraints and in accordance with established processes.
• Reading Engineering Drawings: Interpret and work from engineering drawings and production manuals to ensure components are manufactured to the highest quality standards with minimal scrap.
• Maintaining Workspace: Ensure a safe, clean, and tidy working environment at all times.
• Handling Materials: Carefully handle patterns, moulds, and components to prevent any form of damage, taking all reasonable care to maintain their integrity.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in laminating carbon fibre to the highest quality standards, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, patience, and dexterity. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and production manuals.
• Work Ethic: Organised, methodical worker who thrives in a team setting and enjoys contributing to a range of projects.
