Location: Aberdeen or Glasgow - hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

Key Duties:
- Identify the scope of work required for engineering projects
- Input to project plans and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
- Identify areas of concern during any project or study, and propose effective solutions
- Produce cost-effective engineering solutions that are fit for purpose, safe, and add value to address operational and maintenance issues in the design
- Liaise with colleagues to collaborate on finding the best solutions
- Supervise the time and tasks of others involved in the project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in project supervision, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to produce cost-effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related activities
