Your Role:

As a System Engineer specializing in Cybersecurity, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to secure the next generation of automotive control devices. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that our products are not only innovative but also resilient against evolving cybersecurity threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and support the development of technically demanding product development projects with a focus on cybersecurity.
  • Engage in technical collaboration across security disciplines, including product and functional safety.
  • Lead the development of security-focused mechatronic products from concept through to production.
  • Conduct comprehensive product risk analyses to identify cybersecurity threats and contribute to overall risk management strategies.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and enhance the processes, methods, and tools used in product development for optimal cybersecurity.

Your Profile:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in developing networked, mechatronic systems or their electrical/electronic functions, ideally within ECU, chassis, or steering systems.
  • Practical experience with cybersecurity in product development and a thorough understanding of relevant security standards.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to travel occasionally.
  • You are a structured, independent worker with a high willingness to learn. Your strong teamwork and communication skills, combined with your confidence in dealing with internal and external contacts, set you apart.
