An excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager to work for a leading switchgear manufacture company on a yearly rolling contract.

As Sales Manager you will specialize in Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) switchgear and power distribution solutions.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation by providing technical expertise, solution-oriented sales support, and strategic account management.

Day to day duties will include

  • Identify new clients in the low-voltage equipment market, with a focus on Air Circuit Breakers. Experience in MV/HV equipment is preferred
  • Develop strategies and business plans for each market segment and devise specific action plans
  • Technical Consultation and Solution Selling

As Sales Manager it is essential you have the below experience

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in technical sales, business development, or account management within the LV and HV switchgear industry.
  • Deep understanding of LV and HV electrical systems, ACB, switchgear products, MV Panel board power distribution principles, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI).
  • Strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in a technical sales environment.
  • Knowledge and/or education in electricity (electrical engineering desirable)
  • English and German language is advantageous
