We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Contract Mechanical Design Engineer to join a dynamic team for a 6-month, full-time, onsite contract.

Role Summary: As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of complex mechanical systems. Focused on either suspension, brakes, or steering systems, your expertise will contribute to our ongoing projects in motorsports and niche high-performance vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of mechanical systems focusing on either suspension, brakes, or steering systems using CATIA CAD software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Engage in prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
  • Provide technical support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design practices and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer in the areas of suspension, brakes, or steering systems.
  • Expert proficiency in CATIA CAD software.
  • Strong background in motorsports or niche high-performance vehicle projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must have the right to work in Europe.
  • Able to commit to a full-time, 6-month contract onsite at our facility in Europe.
