Your Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Lead specialized in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing to spearhead our testing team. In this pivotal role, you will verify software for series applications of mechatronic systems, such as rear axle steering and/or roll stabilization, within agile software development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of test engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee the concept, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of HIL test environments for automotive series projects.
• Manage the entire HIL toolchain, including basic functions and test libraries, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Drive the development and implementation of test strategies, improving processes and methodologies.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in technical leadership within the field of testing.
• ISTQB certification, CAST certificate, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proficient in using dSPACE HIL systems and application software.
• Expert knowledge of Python, MATLAB/Simulink, and test automation techniques.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
