An excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work for a worldwide leading cable manufacturer, in the installation of major land cable installation projects

You will oversee and manage contracts based on the FIDIC Silver Book,NEC and VOB/B. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of these contract conditions and extensive experience in contract management within the construction or engineering industry.

As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for;

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of FIDIC Silver contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and company policies
• Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with contracts, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place
• Prepare, review, and manage all contract documentation, including variations, claims, and extensions of time
• Handle any disputes or claims that arise, working towards amicable resolutions and, if necessary, engaging in formal dispute resolution processes.

As a Contracts Manager the below requirements are essential

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS, MRICS, or PMP) is a plus.

• EU National
• Ability to speak/write and understand English & German
