Mane in the Top 25 Most Socially Engaged Recruitment Companies
It brings us great pleasure to announce that Mane Contract Services is a Top 25 Most Socially Engaged staffing agency. This is an incredible feat that has taken into account over 60,000 recruitment companies and over 450m members. To be recognised as one of the leading recruitment agencies on one of the largest social media platforms, is a fantastic achievement that we are immensely proud of.
We’d like to say thank you to our clients and network for helping us achieve another milestone, following on from the recent success of surpassing over 20,000 followers, from just 7,000 at the beginning of the year.
This accolade is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our consultants and marketing team, as well as recognition of our social recruiting abilities as a business. The award takes into account a number of different metrics. These include content marketing and members’ engagement with that content; how effective consultants are at social recruiting, as well as social reach, social engagement and overall presence on LinkedIn.
A sophisticated social media content strategy is something which Marketing Manager Lawrence Crew attributes a lot of the success to, “The content calendar that was implemented at the start of the year has enabled us to execute a wide variety of rich media, which has resulted in a significant increase in member engagement, such as likes, shares, comments, follows and clicks. We are consistently producing a high volume of content, providing our followers with a diverse range of material that has delivered exceptional engagement and interaction.”
Marketing Assistant Marcela Molano believes an internal social incentive scheme at the end of last year helped include everyone in the company and make employees realise the benefits that could be achieved through more involvement. “The internal competition helped take things to the next level. Since then, social recruiting has become habitual for Consultants and part of their everyday activity. The results they’ve experienced have only increased their participation on the network.”
Mane’s owner, Luigi Pacelli, believes the changes in the recruitment industry have increased the need to embrace social media and factor it into a wider business strategy, “The impact of this award will only strengthen Mane’s presence on social media, and increase our reputation as being thought leaders within recruitment. Social media forms a key part of our brand and what we represent as a business. We’re excited to take on the challenge to remain in the top 25 in 2017 and finish even higher next year.”
