Easter Payments - Important Information

EASTER PAYMENTS – IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Easter holidays are approaching resulting in two short payroll weeks. As a result we have set out the below timetable for processing timesheets and payments.

To ensure we can process your payment to clear into your nominated account, we must receive a legible and fully completed timesheet by the following deadlines. All electronic portal timesheets must also be submitted and approved by these same deadlines.

Timesheet week ending 14th April 2019

Incomplete or inaccurate timesheets

We will endeavour to deal with these but cannot guarantee they will be resolved in time for payment. Please help us by ensuring your timesheet has your name, client name, correct week ending date, the hours, start and finish times including breaks, the hours per day and per week total is correct and that they have been approved by your Supervisor/Manager for payment. Failure to do so may result in your timesheet not being processed in time to meet the above timescales.
