Project Location: Dublin, Ireland

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor or Substation

Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Ireland

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a high standard of service and support to the Project Manager.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide guidance to Planners and Junior team members as needed.
  • Review contract documentation, identifying key scheduling and tracking requirements.
  • Develop the construction schedule using the high-level target schedule and WBS provided by the Project Manager.
  • Assist with client schedule negotiations.
  • Populate the schedule with labour and metrics based on hours and quantities from the Commercial Team.
  • Create necessary trackers and reporting templates.
  • Collaborate with the Main Contractor and Project Manager to develop a fully integrated construction schedule.
  • Measure and track weekly progress and efficiency, working closely with the Site Team, and formally validate with the Commercial Team every 2-3 weeks.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles, keeping the project team and lead planner informed.


Qualification

  • Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with proven ability to develop and implement plans, as well as monitor and manage project progress.
  • Proficient in creating detailed project plans using design and commercial data.
  • Skilled in coordinating and managing the development of plans across multiple projects.
  • Competent in using planning software such as Microsoft Project or P6, along with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent report-writing skills with a strong focus on clarity and detail.
