Mane are looking for an experience Resource Co Ordinator to join their client, to assist in projects that span across Airports Infrastructure, Power & Communications, Rail Systems, and Plant & Transport sectors.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Resource Coordinator to join our civil engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective coordination of internal resource and identifying need for external contractors, with a focus on fatigue management and roster scheduling. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Management:
- Coordinate and allocate resource roster.
- Work closely with Resource Manager, project managers and site supervisors to understand weekly resource need
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Fatigue Management:
- Maintain fatigue management plans in line with industry standards and company policies.
- Monitor employee work hours and rest periods to ensure compliance with fatigue management policies.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify potential fatigue-related risks and take corrective actions.
- Roster Co-Ordination:
- Manage staff rosters, ensuring that all shifts are adequately covered while adhering to fatigue management guidelines.
- Coordinate with Resource Manager & site to ensure rosters are aligned with employee availability, skill sets, and project demands.
- Coordinate leave requests, shift swaps, and overtime, ensuring that operational needs are met without compromising employee well-being.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Communicate with Resource Manager and site for resource-related inquiries from project teams and other stakeholders.
- Work with Resource Manager to identify resource needs and resolve any issues related to resource availability or fatigue management.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in resource coordination, workforce planning.
- Proven experience in fatigue management and roster scheduling.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices related to fatigue management and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
