QHSE Project Engineer

MANE Energy are looking experienced QHSE Project Engineer to support client's project management team in exciting project in Taiwan, site based.

Start Date: 15.09.2024

End Date 31.03.2025

Location: Taiwan
Rotation: 8 weeks on / 4 weeks

Duties:

The Project QHSE Engineer will be responsible for the supporting the Project Management Team in all QHSE related matters, both during the preparation stage as well as offshore execution.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Developing Risk Assessments and organizing HAZID/HAZOP's sessions
- Developing QHSE related procedures
- QHSE coordination with all stakeholders, both internally as well as with the Client
- Coordinating Incident Investigations, in cooperation with the team offshore (QHSE officer, works manager, captain)
- Daily, weekly, monthly reporting of QHSE performance and related statistics both internally as to the Client
- Management and support to the QHSE officer on board.

Profile:
- Proven track record as QHSE Engineer (incl document preparation, client meetings)
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- Incident Investigation training & experience
- Knowledge of and experience with QA topics
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
- Work experience in Taiwan is a strong asset
