QA Lead

Project Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous
Must hold an EU Passport

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Quality Manager to allocate project resources and meet quality objectives on-site and off-site.
• Implement quality strategies, goals, and procedures aligned with contract requirements.
• Develop and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure inspections of completed works are conducted.
• Manage quality-related deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual and company standards.
• Oversee the use of relevant digital platforms for construction quality tracking.
• Audit construction and vendor/subcontractor work, raising and resolving non-conformances as needed.
• Review and monitor project deliverables, including work/test packs, to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Generate and manage quality reports, KPIs, and documentation in line with company systems.
• Provide guidance to the quality team and support the resolution of quality issues to prevent recurrence.
• Undertake all other reasonable duties as required, ensuring compliance with traceable guiding documents.

Qualification:

• Degree in QA/QC or a related discipline.
• Experience with relevant IT systems and digital construction platforms.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Previous experience in similar roles on comparable projects.
• Ability to train and mentor operational and QA/QC teams using various tools and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report and correspondence writing.
