• Advocate for the adoption of the product line approach in programs and future projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders both within the UK and internationally.
• Align multiple programs and business functions to achieve common goals and identify future opportunities.
• Challenge established processes and the "this is how we've always done it" mindset.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with academia, SMEs, and potential suppliers.

You will be responsible for:

The Product Lead is responsible for defining and delivering product strategies. This role involves influencing future project roadmaps, policies, and technical standards to ensure compliance with broader Generic Missile/Systems Architecture (GMA/GSA) strategies. Additionally, the Product Lead will impact project and portfolio decisions to ensure our products remain cost-effective, deliverable, and capable of meeting the requirements of future domestic and export customers.

Following an agreed-upon product line strategy, you will lead and shape new architectural solution proposals until they are accepted by the Project and Delivery Teams across a diverse range of products.
