MANE Energy are looking for Planning Engineer for exciting project in Denmark.
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and integration of project planning, from early feasibility assessments to the start of production, including design, construction, and handover of manufacturing facilities and related structures.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

Marine Planning Engineer
Tasks:
- Conduct "What-If" analyses.
- Develop mitigation plans based on actuals, What-If scenarios, or instructions from the client.
- Perform interface analyses based on actual variations.
- Upload approved progress into Loadspring for client reporting.
- Work with multi-discipline teams to interface and integrate different site project timelines, coordinating directly with engineering program/project managers, ePCM partners, and technical functional/domain leaders to provide clear project status visibility and timely alerts on deviations from project baselines.
- Support the procurement process within the project/programs (procurement plan, purchase orders, reminders, material receptions) and assist with cost controlling for projects under the global program.
- Actively contribute to expansion projects that will support RBM business unit growth and the company's Vision 2030 plan.
- Lead changes (via Agile Sprints) for further optimization of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) by coordinating development with AzureDevOps to ensure the planning portfolio is digitized and complete.
Secondary Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage a cost-controlling process with project managers and the program director, cross-checking actuals against the approved budget.
- Propose improvements (procedures, organizational, new technologies, capex, productivity) as appropriate.
- Capture user feedback and lessons learned for future projects.
Technical Profile Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager or in PMO, ideally with 5 years in the Automotive (APQP) or Material/Mining Industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Planisware Version 7.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and dashboard applications, such as MS Power BI, MS Excel, and Tableau.
- Thorough understanding of industrial project trades and the interactions between all trades (project management, construction management, civil/building/facilities, electrical, piping, process, equipment, and start-up activities).
- Cost controlling experience within a project scope.
- Familiarity with practical requirements of environmental, health, and safety issues.

Methodology/Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related applied science.
- Desired Project or Portfolio Management certification (PMI or Prince2).
