- Develop and manage long-, mid- and short-term integrated site plans and scheduling for all on/off shore works.
Resource management to support site:- Demand forecasting across the year (vessels, resource, spares, tools, Contractors).
- Propose innovative ways of balancing available resource against requirements to maximize resource productivity.
- Develop resource models to maximize yield.
- Propose resource plans and work with management to develop associated work-patterns
Model and identify the planning risks and opportunities to the integrated site plan and provide recommendations to site management on Programme slippages or the site's capacity to build in yield days.
Translate long-term plans/schedules into short-term/daily plans/schedules and generate daily transfer/PAX lists.
- Plan logistic solutions (based upon work plans/schedule) to maximize time in the WTG and to minimize travel times/distance travelled.
- Manage and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP). Includes maintaining accurate records in the CMMS on equipment and resource usage. Raise, manage and close job requests in the CMMS.
- Track the progress and keep site management informed on progress of all O&M (including retrofits, inspection campaigns, service progress, jack-up campaigns) performed on site/at hub. - Requirements:
- Competent Project or Resource Planner
- IT literate (Microsoft Office package etc.)
- Knowledge and experience of planning and scheduling tools including MS Project
- Knowledge and experience of SAP
- Data Analysis Skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Excellent communication skills
