Mechanical Supervisor

Project Location: Gävle & Västerås

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor

Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Netherlands

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site set-up, ensuring it aligns with the agreed plan, and appoint individuals to maintain it.
• Review and manage tender scope, technical submittals, and commissioning strategy to ensure full implementation on-site.
• Monitor and report weekly progress, maintaining accurate labour allocation sheets and tracking metrics.
• Ensure compliance with quality objectives, conduct audits, generate snag lists, and verify as-built drawings.
• Lead and supervise the site team, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, PPE usage, and safety procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, track the risk register, and implement mitigation measures to manage project risks.
• Review procurement schedules, track deliveries, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Manage site resources, including subcontractors, ensuring correct labour allocation and performance.
• Coordinate with project managers in compiling lessons learned and ensure all project documentation is kept up to date.
• Participate in weekly project meetings, assist in the development of work breakdown structures, and track project milestones

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in mechanical supervisor capacity.
• Ability to maintain good customer relationships with other contractors whilst working on sites.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems pertaining to data centre environment.
