Junior Quantity Surveyor

Project Location: South London, UK

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor is advantageous

Must hold either a EU passport or Visa for Ireland

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and revise cash flow projections.
• Oversee the preparation of applications, certifications, and invoices.
• Support the preparation of applications and variations.
• Handle retention processes and manage Sub-Contractor relations.
• Assist in the preparation of JCRs and provide support to Project Managers.
• Track Supply Chain KPIs and maintain the relevant database.
• Keep accurate records and manage tasks within the Commercial Department.
• Enter data for analytical purposes.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 1-2 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Proficient use of excel and QS software (ross 5d) favourable
