EU Passport is required or Alternatively a work permit / Residency for Finland
European Data Centre experience is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Implement and maintain EHS management systems across all projects
• Coordinate the development of task-specific method statements, risk assessments, and safe plans of action, while managing COSHH assessments and hazardous substances control.
• Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety interventions, documenting findings and establishing corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Provide advice and guidance on all EHS matters to management, employees, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project EHS policies and procedures.
• Oversee site inductions, training, PPE availability, and ensure that welfare and hygiene facilities are managed and maintained.
• Assist in accident investigations and ensure timely communication of findings, while maintaining waste reduction and recycling programs in line with project policies.
