The Role:

Join our team as an Electro-Optical Design Engineer and play a vital role in complex weapon programmes. You'll provide specialist design support across the entire product lifecycle, from specification and assessment to delivery and support.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and engage in innovative R&D activities that will help shape the future of the industry.

What we're looking for from you:

A well-rounded Systems Engineer with experience across the full lifecycle, including:

• Requirements analysis, specifications and justification
• System architecture design and modelling
• System trade studies to inform design decisions
• Technology maturation assessments and FMEA
• Development of interface definitions
• Systems proving, design assurance and certification
