Electrical Supervisor

Revised Requirements:

• Coordinate on-site activities with other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to the line manager, including toolbox talks.
• Develop a two-week look-ahead plan for upcoming work and attend daily/weekly meetings.
• Manage labour needs according to the project schedule and maintain high-quality standards.
• Verify that all materials and plant equipment meet specifications and are stored securely.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, review work practices for safety improvements, and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Complete weekly safety observation reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant electrical trade certification.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical contracting, with data center experience being an advantage.
