Electrical Site Manager

Mane are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their client an M&E Contractor.
You will be workign on phramaceutical projects managing Electrical Installation of AC and Ventiallation systems. You will be required to have a driving licence.

Experience and Skills Required:
Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience managing multi-disciplined Electrical services and installations, ideally in the commercial sector. Responsibilities include:

• Project programming
• Preparing and managing technical submittals
• Procurement of materials and services
• Sub-contractor and labor management
• Cost control and budget tracking
• Progress reporting to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Overseeing project and program implementation
• Interpreting and working from design and technical drawings
• Conducting technical and progress meetings
• Regular site inspections and snagging
• Compiling and delivering O&M manuals
