Electrical Construction Manager

Project Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Experience in Data Centre, Pharmaceutical or Semi-Conductor

Must hold either a EU Passport or Residency in Switzerland

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site safety, including documentation and compliance.
• Oversee QA processes, project schedules, and costs (labour, materials, plant, and variations).
• Supervise daily site operations and subcontractor activities, ensuring progress is tracked and reported.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to weekly progress and commercial reports.
• Drive a culture of safety and quality throughout the project.
• Support project closeout, including final accounts, O&M manuals, punch lists, and relocations.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Implement company procedures and manage changes to cost and programme.
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years as a Electrical Construction Manager
• Good strong knowledge of the full design and construction process
• A trade background or a relevant third level qualification
• Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects
• Computer skills - Windows, MS Office and MS Project
