Salary: Up to £53,000, depending on experience

Role Overview: Join our Analogue and Digital Capability Group to work on cutting-edge technology across the full Product Life Cycle-from concept through to production. This role involves designing and developing high-quality electronic solutions and contributing to sophisticated projects. You'll support industrial validation and ensure that products meet quality, rate, and cost targets. Additionally, you'll have the chance to enhance your technical and leadership skills, with opportunities for international travel and collaboration with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design board-level FPGA and SoC power/control circuitry.
- Interface with advanced RF systems and broader missile sub-systems.
- Collaborate with other skill domains to develop robust electronic solutions.
- Ensure electronics design meets requirements through common development techniques.
- Lead proving activities to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provide technical leadership, guiding project resources within a specific skill domain.
- Assume team leadership responsibilities by delegating tasks from the Group Lead.
- Act as a Telemetry Specialist, sharing expertise and mentoring within your area of technical knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in electronic design, development, and delivery
- Proven leadership in significant electronic design projects
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills
