Corrective Coordinator

Mane Energy are looking for an experienced Corrective Coordinator on behalf of our long standing client based in Aberdeen

Start: ASAP

Location: Hamburg, Germany

40 Hours per week

*Strong German language required*

Responsibilities:

* Addressing project issues to internal and external stakeholders

* Clarify scope from Client and scope alignment with Client

* Estimation/calculation of work

* Support with budgeting, invoicing and project controlling

* Organization of necessary approvals by third parties e.g. authorities, wind farm operators, customers

* Identification of suppliers

* Sending enquiries for material and personnel to suppliers (purchase and rental)

* Sending enquiries for internal site resources to HR

* Evaluation of offers and initiation of orders with the procurement department

* Submit quotations to Client

Required qualification:

* Academic degree or any other field related to the position

* Be able to work with internal and external customers and stakeholders

* Very strong in conceptual work

* Strong time-management, organizational skills and communications skills
