Commercial Manager

Piping or HVAC Experience required
Must Hold an EU Passport or Residency / Work Permit for Belgium

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and assess the full commercial lifecycle of projects, from inception to completion.
• Maintain commercial control over the designated business unit.
• Compile, present, and manage follow-ups from monthly cost reviews.
• Lead the commercial team, encouraging continuous improvement and skill development.
• Identify and manage business risks, conducting regular project risk assessments.
• Ensure accurate and timely CCS reporting.
• Ask critical questions to extract accurate information.
• Close out projects for maximum commercial benefit.
• Regularly review processes to promote better practices.
• Foster continuous improvement and mentor the commercial team

Hyper scale Data Centre Experience is preferred but not essential
