Mane Infrastructure are on the look for a Coded Welder (MIG, TIG) to work as part of a team on a stainless steel tank building project on an industrial processing plant located in Holland.
Welder Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Expertly welds 3mm through 10mm stainless steel/ Duplex with MIG and TIG welding in various positions. (preferably coded welders)
- Fitting and welding of nozzles and other appurtenances in tank roofs and shell parts
- Reads and comprehends construction drawings and specifications.
- Lays out and installs piping, equipment, nozzles/manholes in compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
- Marks up construction drawings and specifications with as-built status.
- Works in conjunction with Dutch tankbuilding crew and Site Construction Manager to achieve planned schedules.
- Maintains responsibility for all tools and equipment assigned to the welder.
- Assist with other activities as the situation requires, such as lifting activities, loading/unloading trucks, maintenance on equipment, housekeeping etc.
- Has a good work ethic, works safe and accurate.
Desired applicants will be able to showcase previous experience welding and building of stainless steel tanks.
Working Hours:
Monday - Saturday
Saturday - Half Days (07:30am - 13:30pm)
Please note that this contract will offer 50 hours per week.
No working on Sundays.
Project description;
You will be working as part of a team, building stainless steel tanks for a fibre line for industrial process industries. The Tanks are being built by means of a Coil building system.
Package:
- Mane will organise return travel from UK to Holland (Flight or Ferry).
- A shared house will be provided to you whilst you're working in Holland.
- Organised transportation from your lodge to the work site each day.
- Daily Food Allowance at £36.49 per day.
