BMS Package Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the BMS Systems package, ensuring effective management throughout the project.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor to manage site safety, including setting up, maintaining, and closing the safety file.
• Manage the project schedule, coordinating with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and client requirements.
• Handle all associated costs, including subcontractor activities, material deliveries, equipment, variations, and valuations.
• Manage the snagging process, ensuring timely completion of tasks by supervisors and subcontractors.
• Provide weekly labour reports and detailed progress updates, addressing any risks or delays.
• Coordinate material deliveries to align with project time lines and maintain a photographic project diary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Project Management, particularly in large installation projects.
• Experience in design and build, with a focus on BMS systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of driving QHSE culture within teams.
