Operations and Maintenance

Operations and Maintenance (O&M) is essential to ensure the ongoing efficiency of energy production whilst ultimately reducing costs through lost productivity or early expiration of parts.  A properly managed O&M schedule involves a significant number of niche professionals, all working together.

Increasingly autonomous and robotic systems are being used within the O&M schedule, and this is creating demand for a different skillset from those previously sought.  This is an area that is likely to explode over the coming years.

With an increasingly heavy regulatory burden, there is often a management role to perform in parallel to the obvious operations and maintenance activity.
