Electronics: a long term partnership

Project brief

Mane first started working with an electronics company fifteen years ago. The relationship has continued to progress and today the recruitment company recruits for not only this brand but also its naval department. During this period Mane has been involved in sourcing both contract and permanent professionals for the design and development of submarine communication systems, and sensors to display distributed anti-submarine warfare systems.

When Mane first won the contract to recruit for the company’s west London site, it was tasked with sourcing an acceptance test engineer in a very small timescale – something that previous agencies had been completely unable to fill. By utilising its extensive network of professionals within the industry, Mane was able to successfully find and place the individual within two weeks.

By demonstrating its ability to source hard to fill skills sets, in a very short timescale, Mane was given more roles by the company to source professionals for its site in Cambridge. Some months later, the recruitment company was recommended by the HR team to the electronics and naval business due to its reputation as a firm which could source niche skill sets from its global talent pool. To date, Mane has sourced professionals for the company’s west London, Dorset and Chiltern Hills sites.
