Polestar 3 SUV unveiling for October

Polestar will be unveiling their new SUV in October which will be an alternative to an electric vehicle like the Mercedes EQC and Audi e-tron. This new EV will be in high demand with its previous model the Polestar 2 being one of the most looked-for premium EV and this new model is hoping to capitalize on two of the most sort after traits in the automotive market: electric vehicles and SUVs.

The CEO of Polestar Thomas Ingenlath said that the “Polestar 3 is the SUV for the electric age. Our design identity evolves with this high-end large luxury EV, with a strong, individual brand character”. Polestar claim that the car will have autonomous highway piloting with a large battery pack to be able to take you anywhere you want. This seems to be where Polestar is really going to make its mark on the EV market and maybe able to compete with the likes of Tesla.

Though if you are looking to buy the SUV as soon as it comes out, you’re going to be disappointed as the vehicle won’t begin production till early 2023 but you can pre-order them on the day of the unveiling. Or you could wait for the next one as it is said that after this unveiling there will be a new Polestar model coming out every year after this.
