All in a typical day

1. Plan and prepare

Catch up on new emails and address any issues that require immediate actions
Check your diary and prioritise any scheduled activitie
Adapt to any changes and adjust your plan accordingly

2. Execute

  • Contact new placements, ensure all is ok
  • Contact suitable candidates for live roles and pre-screen over the phone
  • Send CVs out to clients
  • Catch up with existing clients
  • Chase up new leads-promote Mane's services
  • Contact new target clients- pick up new vacancies, arrangea site visit to build client knowledge and professional relationships
  • Advertiste and work any new roles
  • Visit new client companies for a meeting to furthur qualify the role, a site tour and discuss any CVs to move to interview
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and arrange all details
  • Contact and congratualte successful candidates and arrangeall start details
  • Keep clients updated
  • Make a plan for tomorrow
