Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer

Mane are looking for a Principal/Senior Mechanical Engineer for a leading multi disciplined engineering company

Start: ASAP

Contract: Long Term/Permanent (Hybrid)

Location: Aberdeen/Scotland

Responsibilities:

• Work within an engineering team, attending client meetings and creating reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Prioritise safety in design and consulting practices, following company and project-specific health, safety, and environmental plans.
• Lead by example in challenging unsafe activities and supervise junior team members.
• Direct and oversee Engineers, Senior Engineers, Designers, and Graduates within projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
• Lead design teams for projects in Energy from Waste, Anaerobic Digestion, or District Heating sectors.
• Ensure delivery of all design requirements, including schematic drawings, layout drawings, and calculations.
