Production Operative

MANE are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our Aerospace client based in Cambridge.

Job Description

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products using hand and power tools in a warehouse setting. This is a great opportunity for individuals with mechanical knowledge and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Operate hand and power tools to assemble products according to specifications

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

- Inspect finished products for quality assurance

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process

Requirements

- Previous experience with hand and power tools is preferred

- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

- Basic mechanical knowledge is required

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
