Job Opportunity: Consultant Manufacturing Engineer at Cutting-Edge Automotive Manufacturer

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading company in the Hypercar and Supercar manufacturing industry as a Consultant Manufacturing Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own a specific manufacturing domain and drive process improvements.
  • Perform engineering analysis to reduce production downtime and optimize equipment utilization.
  • Conduct P-FMEA and DFM/DFA analysis to provide critical inputs to R&D teams.
  • Define equipment and tooling needs to support manufacturing operations.
  • Develop standardized manufacturing operations, procedures, and work routines.
  • Support prototype builds and major productivity improvements in production.
  • Lead technical reviews, issue resolution activities, and support technology development initiatives.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience for MSc holders, or 4+ years for BSc holders, directly applicable to manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Catia V5/V6 and 3DX, with experience in technical drawings and documentation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of manual assembly processes, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience in manual assembly in the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with budget planning, PLM systems (e.g., Delmia), ERP systems (e.g., Monitor), and MES systems (e.g., M-brain) is a plus.
  • Experience with Process FMEA, DFM, and DFA methodologies is beneficial.
