We are recruiting a full-time Electrical Technician to join our client. Reporting to the Electrical and Avionics Team Leader, the role involves testing, repairing, and overhauling a range of aircraft components to enhance cost-effectiveness and value for our customers.

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Test, repair, and overhaul of Aircraft components, including NAV lights, power supplies, ballast units, control units, VHF COMM panels, ovens, and water boilers.
  • Work in compliance with technical publications such as CMMs & AMMs.
  • Fault find down to component level.
  • Correlate all work carried out in accordance with part 145 requirements.
  • Work to circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams.
  • Adhere to all company standard operating procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain workshop quality and housekeeping standards.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Electronics Technician with an aviation or similar engineering background. They should also have an understanding of technical publications and knowledge of Commercial Aerospace working practice
