An excellent opportunity for Cost Manager to work for a worldwide MEP Specialist on a data centre project.
As a Cost Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quantity surveying and cost management for our projects.
You will be responsible for;
- cost budgets and prices for contract variations
- valuations for interim application for payment to clients
- of contract claims information;
- of Bills of Quantities
As a Cost Manager the below requirements are essential
- National
- years' experience for Main Contractor/Sub-contractor
- of all main Forms of Contract (NEC, FIDIC, JCT)
