Mane’s in-house training and assessment provides Aptitude, Verbal communications, Written communications, Dexterity, Numeracy, Trade, Sight examination (colour Blindness) and Psychometric Testing ensuring candidate competence and suitability.

We provide a selection of pre-designed practical and theory tests that are always available for use at short notice and form the core of our candidate assessment procedures.

Alternatively we can work with your manufacturing management to design specific tests which may, for example, place a particular emphasis with one or two key skills.

When you are looking for additional support Mane can apply your product training at our in-house facility or at your premises. This is particularly useful when working on time-critical projects. Our objective is to work with your core workforce to increase production levels without compromising quality standards.

Other modules that can be added to the product training include administering Health & Safety procedures and induction programmes.
