In our Agreement with Candidates, Mane Contract Services Limited (The Employment Agency/Business) undertakes to find Candidates employment by undertaking work-finding services, and before doing so we seek the agreement of the Candidate to the following:

Mane Contract Services Limited operates as an employment agency/business in relation to the Candidate. |

| 2. |
Mane Contract Services Limited will seek to find employment for the Candidate within the Rail and/or Engineering industry, and in accordance with the instructions of the Candidate. |

|
| 3. |
Mane Contract Services Limited will obtain authority from the Candidate before passing the Candidate's details onto any Client in respect of any vacancy. |
| |
|
| 4. |
The Candidate is not obliged to accept any offer of employment from a Client of Mane Contract Services Limited. |
| |
|
| 5. |
Mane Contract Services Limited is not permitted to charge the Candidate a fee for this service. |
